Mya Fleming with her brother Aaron were told to get off the bus.
A MUM today branded a Stagecoach bus driver’s actions “disgusting” claiming he told her injured and bleeding daughter to get off his vehicle in Kemnay.
Little Mya Fleming said she was flung from her seat into the luggage compartment when the driver of the Stagecoach bus allegedly braked harshly.
Again we say, “The absolute need for seat belts” & this would never of happened

A double-decker bus on its way to pick up pupils in Aberdeenshire crashed off the road yesterday.
The Stagecoach Bluebird bus slid off the B999 Aberdeen-Tarves road near Udny Station at 8.10am.
The vehicle, which landed on its side, is understood to have been on its way to Tarves to pick up Meldrum Academy pupils at the time.
Once again luck is on the side of pupils. Once again we state double decked buses should not be used, Why you only need to ask how many pupils should on been aboard.
Then figure out deaths & injuries would decimate the villages it serves

A Leeds teenager has been hailed a heroine after she rushed to the aid of a schoolgirl knocked down by a bus.
ALL KIDS SHOULD BE TAUGHT THE BASICS, AS OF COURSE SHOULD ALL BUS DRIVERS.Otherwise why bother to carry a first aid kit, & what would a driver do if a pupil choked?

Bus driver involved in fatal crash has ban cut
9:49am Monday 14th September 2009
A SCHOOL bus driver involved in a fatal road smash after skidding on a wet Cotswold road could be back behind the wheel before the end of the year after top judges slashed his driving ban. Anthony Stuart Lancaster, 73 !! , of High Street, Moreton in Marsh, failed to see a lorry stop in front of him in time to brake safely as he drove along the A429 Fosse Way, near Bourton, on December 5 2007. Lucky then no school children were aboard!!

The bus that delivers children to and from Luton’s Cardinal Newham Roman Catholic School operates according to school times, and although members of the public are allowed to use the service they often choose not to because it is overcrowded with school students.
Despite being a commercial bus route it is as many locals deem it a school bus in all but name. It is even referred to as ‘the school bus’.
However, a service bus, as it is commercial transportation its drivers are not subject to CRB checks to ensure that children are safe.
So we have bus drivers, transporting children with no Child Disclosure checks, or Criminal Records Bureau. Wonderful, leaves children really wide open.
A DRIVER was airlifted to hospital this afternoon after a crash involving a school coach. The coach was on its way to collect pupils from a school when it was involved in a collision with a car on the B3347 at Bisterne, near Ringwood ONCE AGAIN WE SEE HOW CLOSE THIS WAS TO BECOMING A VERY SERIOUS INCIDENT
